Submitting Your Request

To exercise your right to opt out, email us at info@easyloanbay.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or reach out through our Contact page. We will act on verified requests within the timeframe the law requires.

Acting Through an Authorized Agent

You may have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm your own identity.

No Penalty for Exercising Your Rights

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not be denied services, charged a different price, or receive a lower level of service because you submitted a request.
