Every loan condition, including the interest rate (APR), fees, repayment schedule, and other specific terms, is set exclusively by the third-party lender and not by EasyLoanBay. It is your responsibility to read and understand any loan agreement a lender gives you before you decide to accept it.

As a condition of using the Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

This covers any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, lost revenue, lost profits, lost business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, and loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if the possibility of such damages was foreseeable.
